A small, ladies only running/walking club suitable for the novice, beginner and intermediate runner. We particularly specialise in 0-5k programmes and like to encourage our members to train towards a goal such as 'Race for Life' or other 'fun' racing events.
Zumba Toning is a body-sculpting routine in which participants use Latin rhythm and dance movements to tone their bodies. Lightweight, maraca-style toning sticks increase the user's rhythm and tone target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.
